Refund Policy

1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you're not completely satisfied with our service within 30 days, we'll return to make it right at no additional cost. This guarantee covers any issues related to our workmanship.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • 48+ hours notice: No cancellation fee. You can reschedule or cancel without penalty.
  • 24-48 hours notice: A $50 fee may apply for cancelled appointments.
  • Less than 24 hours notice: Full service call fee may be charged.
  • Same-day cancellation (no-show): Service call fee plus $25 administrative fee.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be available under the following circumstances:

  • Service was not performed as agreed
  • You were charged for services not rendered
  • Parts were not installed as quoted
  • Duplicate charges were applied

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Contact us within 30 days of service at (770) 893-6104
  • Provide your service date and invoice number
  • Describe the issue requiring refund
  • We will review and respond within 5 business days

5. Maintenance Plans

Annual maintenance plan refunds are subject to:

  • Prorated refund if cancelled within first 30 days
  • No refund for partial years after 30 days
  • Plans are non-transferable
  • Plans can be paused (not refunded) for up to 6 months for military deployment

6. Equipment and Parts

Installed equipment and parts are generally non-returnable once installed. Manufacturer warranties apply to all equipment we install. Please refer to manufacturer warranty terms for coverage details.

7. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash, Check, Credit/Debit Cards
  • Financing options for qualified purchases

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time is typically 5-7 business days.
